Course Overview

BSc sports sciences is an exciting and dynamic program that equips students with the knowledge and skills to succeed in the competitive field of sports. This degree program provides a comprehensive understanding of the scientific principles that underpin human performance and the mechanisms that influence exercise and sport. Students will explore the physiological, psychological, and biomechanical aspects of sport and exercise, as well as the social and cultural dimensions of sports.

Course Aims:

The various Sports Science courses at ISST aim to impart students with understanding the functioning of the human body and its various systems. The knowledge of sports nutrition, strength & conditioning, rehabilitation programs is a must for a sports scientist to improve performance of athletes. These courses aim to teach all these elements with the use of science backed technologies and assessment tools.
